Judging should be consistent, calm, and transparent. Apply the lowest penalty that corrects the issue and protects the integrity of the event. With each repeated infraction within the event, escalate to the next level.

If a player has history of malicious behavior, your initial infraction can begin higher (Verbal Warning).
